Oh my, Lemon Meringue pie...my favorite! It's been years since I've had a piece. My grandmother and mom use to make it for my dad, it was also his favorite! :)
It is not a typical Danish dessert, so I was delighted with the sweet&sour combination. Next time however I think we need more meringue and some peaks. :)
