I have a thing for derelict, abandoned buildings. Places that have lived a life way before we came by. I find so much beauty in the decay, if that makes sense to you!! If not have a look:
this looks interessting. A friend of mine made also pics from left buildings. Few of them I edited and put that on my blog. Maybe you like to see all of his pics on his blog: http://jestersview.blogspot.de/2012/07/die-nun-folgenden-bilder-wurden-alle-in.html Yuna
you can take the edited pics from my blog: http://yunapicsdelight.blogspot.de/2012/07/fairy-tale.html if you want to take all of his pics, write him a message ^_^ he is on vacation but he will be back on the 13th of august. Hugs Yuna
i have the same 'thing' for abandoned structures. they seem to tell a story or just make me make one up in my head. i love shooting abandoned buildings in B&W. there is so much texture.
I always wonder when I see abandoned buildings what the history was...who lived there or what business was operating. I'd love to see them renovated and useful again. :) (That's the decorator in me...not that I am one, but a girl can dream) Sigh...
beautiful photos.

I love seeing old and abandoned houses, too. They are so intriguing and mysterious, makes you wonder who lived there earlier.
