When I buy gifts for people, I thoroughly enjoy wrapping them! I love to make the present look cute, and I am known to have spent a small fortune on wrapping paper. Lately though, I like to make things, recycle ribbons, and come up with new innovative ways of wrapping my gifts. Here are a few ideas in case you get stuck:
I have a little bit of a brown paper bag theme going on here, the reason being that you can jazz that up with ribbon, twine, stickers, doilies or anything you want really - how FAB:)
HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL MY AMERICAN READERS

I love to wrap gifts also and I know what you mean about the "small fortune" I have sometimes spent more time and effort picking a card than the gift!!
ReplyDeleteI love these ideas am going to run with a similar theme for my Christmas gifts this year xx

Every year I spend my Christmas eve wrapping presents - surrounded by ribbons, paper and sticky tape. I have been using simple brown paper for quite a few years now and tend to use different colour/pattern schemes for the "accessories". Love the first picture with the tags! xo
ReplyDeletethe gift tags in the first photo are beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteI love using brown paper for wrapping presents, it's gorgeous! And it always makes me think of how they might have wrapped presents long ago. Buying all the Christmas paper can be expensive and wasteful, but I always know I can get a massive roll of brown paper from the post office and it lasts me for Christmas and beyond!! The one with the little cut out pattern on it is so pretty, love that!! I hope you have a wonderful day doll xox
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of using a doily with bakers twine - so delicate and festive!
ReplyDeleteBrilliant idea, why pay more, yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh
