Delightful decorations

A very cool, and subtle take on Xmas decorating. Branches with a few ornaments, candles and pinecones, nativity set in the window, large reindeers, vintage ornaments, and a jolly good feeling throughout. I LIKE it a lot. Happy weekend everyone - not long now!!!

  6. I like these, very warm feeling even with the modern touch in some of them. In the last post when you said H&M, is the in reference to the retail clothing store here in the states? I love that post. It so lovely. LOVE IT. I wish for some things like this but I'm not very good at decorating. I have all of these ideas. But, I can't really execute them very well. I am always so inspired by Tina @ home because she does a fantastic job of creating such a rich, simple and warm environment. Amazing. And she has a small space too! Oh well. I actually am doing some things to our home right now with regard to our pictures that we just had taken. I'll photograph it when I'm done and you can see what you think. Love it all as usual,

    Take great care,

    Shauna xoxo

    1. Hi Shauna, Yes H&M does interiors now (not sure about US but here in Europe) Their stuff is very affordable, and cute.
I think the thing to do at home, is to find classic pieces as a base, and then built on top. Something new, old and vintage - as long as you have a 'coherent' line going on. Tina's has a lovely space, and she is so lovely too:))
Happy weekend and look forward to seeing what you get upto at home:)

  11. Beautiful photos! I'm in love with image No 5! The soft glow of the candles all in a roll is gorgeous. Really, I love all of these images. They are a very simple and chic decor for Christmas. I've always thought less is more when decorating for Christmas. :)

    Have a wonderful weekend! :)
