Scandinavian on a Thursday

27/06/2013

A lovely light living-room makeover. By using a few coordinating colors, some wall art, a few flea-markets finds, it helps to make this room coherent and a great place to chill. Did you notice how brass and marble is very present here, the hottest stuff you can buy on the flea-market at the moment. I love this room, but would your better half agree with the colourscheme? Happy Thursday.

  1. Love it and somehow that pink wall doesn't scream "Barbie" which makes it ok for men too I would think :-) The one thing I've never got to grips with is brass though. Maybe it's just memories of hideous kettles and ornaments, but I've new liked the colour of it... Have a lovely day xo

    1. See I am getting very fond of the old metals - brass, copper and naturally gold ha ha. Think you can use the vintage type of brass in the interiors. Happy weekend lovely,

  6. Great mix. I love the marble candlesticks. I like the pink but don't think husband would care for it. It would fit in nicely in Florida. I see loads of pink, aqua, blue, coral and green colors used on the inside and outside of houses here.

  8. Charming. Very.
That pink wall is priceless and I'm not even a fan of pink but it sets the fun and enjoyement tone that's lived in their Home.
And then those wit touches of the table legs and that sole statue of the last pic that gets your mind wondering how and who lives there.
    You bring us Magical Worlds...
    Much appreciated,

  10. I love the pink wall and the little table. I think it's neat how the pictures on the wall aren't quite straight. Very lovely,
