Bjørn Wiinblad

29/10/2014

I remember the design of Bjørn Wiinblad from when I was a child. The quirky intricate drawings of ladies, with floral hair always fascinated me. Now they have updated the design, and made it current, whilst still keeping to the aesthetics of Bjørn Wiinblad himself. I think this stuff is either your cup of tea, or totally not. So what do you think? Something to add to your Christmas wish-list, or not really for me thank you very much!!!

  4. I love old Bjorn Wiinblad's designs and collect the vintage blue series (seasons, tempers, sides of the world) as planters, and his white Rosenthal vases and bowls. Since the new collection is very colorful, I would only buy the blues and whites, if anything. But he is awesomely original and instantly recognizable, this is what I adore about him.
